Ways to Give
State revenues only cover approximately ½ of the costs to operate the Frankie Lemmon School’s unique special education program. Your generous donations will allow us to continue to provide top quality education to the increasing number of children with developmental delays and their families who greatly need our help.
Examples of what your donation can do for our children:
- $25 allows a child to participate in one of the school field trips
- $75 will pay for one hour of speech, occupational, or physical therapy for a child
- $200 will allow us to purchase a communication device to help children who are unable to verbalize their wants and needs
- $500 will allow the school to purchase an additional iPadTM for classroom teaching
- $1000 pays for a field trip for the entire school
- $5,000 purchases lunch for an entire class for one year
The school is always in need of funds to cover the cost of classroom materials, teaching devices, therapies, equipment, and other operating expenses.
Every $1 spent on early education saves $17 in future costs
